I’m a Sports Rehabilitation Therapist and Sports Massage Therapist, and I started my practice in February 2026 because I genuinely enjoy helping people move better, recover from injury, and feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies – whether that’s in sport or everyday life.
I recently completed a master’s degree in Sport Rehabilitation and Soft Tissue Therapy at Middlesex University, graduating with a Distinction. I also hold a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Loughborough University, where I graduated in 2021 with a 2:1.
Having studied both the physical and psychological aspects of performance and recovery, it allows me to take a holistic approach to treatment. Recovery isn’t just about healing an injury, it’s also about rebuilding confidence, understanding your body, and supporting you throughout the rehabilitation process.
I believe that educating clients about their injury and recovery is just as important as the hands-on treatment itself – so you will always leave knowing why we’re doing what we’re doing.
Sport and movement has always been a huge part of my life. I danced from the age of 2, right through to my second year of university, and I also swam competitively, representing Epping Forest District before an injury brought my swimming journey to an end. Going through rehabilitation myself gave me first-hand insight into both the physical and mental challenges that injuries can bring. Having experienced the demands of sport, I understand how important it is to recover safely, rebuild confidence, and return to the activities you enjoy.
Alongside this, I spent 4 years working as an assistant swimming teacher. It was incredibly rewarding helping young children learn to swim, become more confident in the water, and celebrate milestones they could be proud of. That experience reinforced my passion for supporting others in developing new skills and achieving their goals.
Today, I still have a strong personal interest in both sports, along with a love for football – which often becomes a regular topic of conversation in the clinic if you’re a football fan too!
I’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of people, ranging from children as young as 10, through to older adults, as well as professional athletes. Regardless of your age, background or activity level, my goal is always to provide care that is tailored to your individual needs and helps you to achieve your personal goals.
My aim is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel listened to and comfortable from your very first appointment. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing persistent aches and pains, preparing for an event, or simply looking to move and feel better, I’m here to help you every step of the way.
Together, we’ll work towards reducing pain, improving movement, restoring confidence, and getting you back to doing what you love – helping you feel more like yourself again.
